FCOM is a Bangalore based online tailoring service company which brings the convenience of professional tailoring and allied services directly to customers doorstep, saving them time and effort while ensuring unmatched quality and precision. Customers can place service order directly on the website. FCOM’s stylists will then visit the customer’s house, discuss styles, take measurements. Once the stitching is done, they also deliver the product to the customer’s location.

The Challenge

  • FCOM, prior to working with Niumatrix Digital has almost non-existent search engine traction traction (either traffic or leads).
  • Most of the leads were coming from Meta ads, which were also not optimized.
  • Their website, through aesthetically pleasing, was not conversion optimized at all and was very cumbersome for regular customer to place orders online.
  • They were stuck with manual orders and fulfillment, as people preferred calling and placing orders rather than on the website
  • Due to the website not being optimized they were also not able to run Google Ads

The Solution

Phase 1 – Meta Ads Optimization 

  • Optimized lead generation campaigns on Meta first
  • Using instant forms on Meta, reduced the cost per lead from ~ ₹100 to ~ ₹60
  • Experimented with different image, carousel and video ads and multiple copies for optimization

Phase 2 – New, Conversion Optimized Website Development

  • Helped FCOM’s tech team develop and SEO friendly and conversion optimized website.
  • The website was developed in ecommerce style where all the services were added as individual products
  • Advised FCOM to choose WordPress as the CMS platform, due to its ease of use and SEO friendliness
