Cfirst is one of India’s leading background verification companies and its clientele includes Fortune 500 companies as well as leading Indian companies. It has worked with 2000+ companies, does 5 million+ background checks annually and serves 185+ countries globally.

The Challenge

Back in 2017-18, when we worked with Cfirst, it was looking to expand its portfolio of SME clients. Having worked with selected large enterprises and establishing itself in the market, it also wanted to increase the number of clients in its portfolio. And it wanted to do this with the acquisition of SMEs. But the biggest challenge was that, having been a sales-led organisation up until that point, it hadn’t focused or invested in marketing efforts, leading to poor brand awareness in the market. It also had negligible online presence and didn’t have a good enough online lead pipeline.

The Solution

A 360 degree digital marketing action plan including

  • Website Redevelopment – to enhance brand perception and improve website conversions.
  • SEO and Content Marketing – to improve organic lead generation pipeline
  • Performance Marketing – ad campaigns on Google to generate leads

Social Media Marketing

  • 30-40 unique content published on social media (all profiles and pages) every month including image posts, carousels, polls, videos etc.
  • Extensive outreach efforts on LinkedIn to connect with target audience 
  • Running contests occasionally to generate buzz and engagements
