The Company
Brewtal is a very innovative startup on a mission to save office employees from the tyranny of bland and insipid machine tea. Its founder Amit Kasliwal, an Aerospace engineer from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, after 8 years of research and prototyping invented (and patented) a tea vending machine that makes flavourful, home style chai. Launched in Bengaluru as of now, Brewtal is well on its way to disrupt the way office goers drink their chai.
The Challenge
Brewtal is, as of now, bootstrapped and at a very nascent stage in its growth. Although the product is genuinely unique and has got glowing reviews during its demos everywhere, it’s facing the usual challenges of a bootstrapped business – having limited resources to build the brand and scale the business. Brewtal needed a quick shot in the arm in terms of business growth and revenue, to fuel its expansion plans and to invest further in marketing.
