Alp Consulting – 5X Growth in LinkedIn Followers

Alp Consulting is a 26 years old HR outsourcing company and a subsidiary of the multi-billion dollar Japanese conglomerate, Outsourcing Inc. Alp Consulting offers a plethora of services including perm recruitment, contract staffing, payroll & compliance outsourcing, apprentice administration, etc., to leading Indian and global multinationals.

Alp has always been an old school business that never invested in marketing and branding. As a result, in spite of having a very profitable business and team of 400 plus recruiters and HR experts, it was not known much in the market. Its online footprint was negligible and the brand perception was poor.

Rebranding

• We changed the logo colours from light blue and dull grey to a combination of navy blue and red 
• We developed all marketing collaterals – office stationary, social media and website collaterals, sales collaterals, etc as per the new brand colours
• Changed the brand image from a laid back, legacy brand to a modern, dynamic brand

LinkedIn Content Marketing

• 40 – 60 unique content published on the company page every month including image posts, carousels, polls, videos, documents, articles, etc.
• 8-12 Linkedin newsletter articles published every month
• Monthly contests to generate buzz and engagement
• Enhanced job distribution through company page
