Alp Consulting offers a plethora of services including perm recruitment, contract staffing, payroll & compliance outsourcing, apprentice administration, etc., to leading Indian and global multinationals.
The Challenge
Alp has always been an old school business that never invested in marketing and branding. As a result, in spite of having a very profitable business and team of 400 plus recruiters and HR experts, it was not known much in the market. Its online footprint was negligible and the brand perception was poor.
